While everyone’s voice was heard, we did not get ‘stuck’ on any one point and the LSD process enabled us to keep moving forward. It was notable that goals and objectives for each meeting were clearly identified, that meeting times were respected and never went overtime, and the summary notes were complete and effective in setting us up for the next interaction.
