“I have been in attendance at a number of Advisory Board meetings managed by LSD.  The principal, Lita Glassman, has a great gift of making sure everyone feels included and is valued in the conversation. She has the ability for attendees to feel like we are sitting around the table in person despite doing the meeting through zoom.

I especially appreciate the way she ensures all voices are heard, when a sea of hands come up at the same time.  She notes who may not have spoken recently and calls on them to contribute their experience to the conversation. Lita is mindful of everyone’s time and ensures we stay on schedule.
